On a brighter note, we are thrilled to announce that Lillian Xie has accepted the position of Program Associate, Grants & Special Initiatives! You've all witnessed Lillian's incredible work, and we have no doubt she will thrive in this new role.
We're now on the lookout for a new Donor Services Coordinator to fill the void. Please share the position with anyone you know who might have the heart – and the skills – for the work. It’s for the role Lillian has been doing since she was hired – our front desk/first face of the Foundation position. It’s an excellent opportunity for an entry-level position in community foundations (and nonprofits). We're committed to finding the perfect candidate and will take the time needed.
